“Upon arrival we were assigned a parking space in front of our room. Unfortunately, a guest staying in the neighboring room was constantly parked in our space which left us parked in front of the laundry/bathroom. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant but it was not resolved during our two day stay.”

“First day they accused us of having a dog and wanted to charge us extra and on the last day they made us leave the premises at 10 AM”

“This is a cozy old-school Adirondack motel at a good price for the high season. The interior has a log cabin feel and all of the normal amenities of a motel. It was nice to park right in front of my room, and the room was quiet, despite a full parking lot (I think the rooms are spaced apart enough to allow this). The bed was very soft—I have not slept that deeply or comfortably in ages! For people who like soft beds, you’ll be happy here. The manager was friendly and helpful with my concern……

“There was plenty of parking space and the location was great as it was close to the Lake George attractions. The manager was nice and accommodating. However, the hotel stairs and passageways were dirty. My room had a towel that seemed to be dirty with dust stains and the soles of my socks were black after walking in them for about 1/2 hour. Unfortunately, smoking is permitted on the premises and the smell seeped into the room. Fridge, microwave and TV worked well.”

“The staff was great.. very helpful. There was actually housekeeping now( during off season, there was none.. I had to return old towels to get new one. This time there was full housekeeping. The pool was great as usual.. no problems.”

“The house keeping is awesome! Rooms are always clean. Only issue was the ppl next to us were always running after 10pm and it shakes your whole room, by the 3rd night they got quiet. The kids were very loud. Other than that it was great.”

“Upon arriving I was told my reservation was not found and booking through a 3rd party (Expedia) it sometimes cancels on its own. After some “searching” they found it and said I got the last room. When I finally got into my room the lock would not work and this was a problem since I’m a single mom with young kids. I was told it’s fine you need a key to unlock the door and only the staff have access to this. I was very unsettled and not heard. I had to prop a chair under the handle for safety.”
